Spot Suite is a set of focused products — file transfer operations (xEvolve), cloud cost visibility (Cloud Horizons), TLS certificate management (Automate Certificates), IP address management (Spot IPAM), joiner-mover-leaver ops (OpsDesk), endpoint DNS filtering (ClearScreen), and Azure DevOps security gates (Guardrail Ledger) — delivered on one platform. Cloud Horizons Growth includes control records and Azure policy-drift history; Business adds Entra access reviews. We built it for organizations where access reviews, data handling, and audit trails are part of normal operations, not an afterthought.
Every customer runs in a Customer Environment: a tenant boundary around your identity integration, product data, and audit trail. xEvolve, Cloud Horizons, and Automate Certificates store product data in the shared Supabase Postgres project in the EU (Paris); Guardrail Ledger gets a dedicated Supabase project in the region chosen at signup (Frankfurt for the EU). Files sit in Cloudflare R2, and accounts and billing on our hub on Cloudflare. Every session, API token, and Console action is scoped to your tenant, with no cross-customer access paths. We tell you plainly what is shared and what is not, because that is what reviews under GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and sector-specific rules ask for.
Spot Cloud B.V. is based in the Netherlands. We design, build, and operate the suite directly — no reseller layer, no white-label middleman. When you have a question about how data is stored or who can access your environment, you talk to the team that runs it.

Scope your environment
We start with your regulatory obligations, data residency needs, and identity setup. That determines how your Customer Environment is provisioned: xEvolve, Cloud Horizons, and Automate Certificates run as a tenant on the shared Supabase project in Paris, and Guardrail Ledger gets a dedicated project in the region you pick.

Turn on what you need
You pick from the products on trial: file exchange, cost management, certificates, web filtering, or PR gates. Spot IPAM, OpsDesk, InsureGuard, and Fleet Ledger are on the waitlist. Each live product runs inside the same environment with Entra ID as the common identity layer.

Operate with evidence
We handle platform updates, monitoring, and incident response across the whole platform. You get audit artifacts, DPAs, and security documentation that match what your compliance team actually asks for.
