Using Spot Suite
You may use Spot Suite and enabled apps for your own organization or customer work under an accepted order, trial, private offer, Marketplace subscription, or written agreement.
Terms
These public terms describe the baseline for Spot Suite. A signed order, Marketplace terms, data processing agreement, or product-specific agreement can add stricter terms for a customer workspace.

Workspace owners are responsible for invited users, tenant settings, identity providers, API keys, product data, and activity from their accounts.
Do not use the service to attack systems, bypass access controls, process illegal content, overload the platform, or access data that does not belong to your workspace.
Product pages show the current catalog where possible. The accepted order, private offer, Marketplace plan, or invoice controls the final price, scope, taxes, and payment terms.
A pilot or trial can be limited by time, feature scope, volume, support level, or workspace size. Production use needs an accepted commercial path.
We may update products, routes, integrations, pricing, and these terms. We aim to keep customer workflows working and to communicate material changes through the normal account channel.
Spot Suite is operated by Spot Cloud B.V., KvK 89708873. Send legal, billing, security, and workspace questions to [email protected].
