Spot Suite docs

This page covers what is shared across the products: your account and sign-in, the billing portal, and invoices with VAT. Each product has its own docs for setup and use.

Account and sign-in

You sign in to Spot Suite through Microsoft Entra ID using OIDC. There are no shared passwords.

When you sign up, Spot Suite provisions a Customer Environment for your tenant before any product is activated. Your users, sessions and audit trail are scoped to that Environment.

One sign-in works for every product you add. Adding a product later does not need a new sign-in.

Billing portal

Invoices, the payment method and subscription changes are managed in the billing portal.

Card checkout includes a 30-day free trial and puts all your products on one monthly invoice. If you pay by invoice, you get one invoice per product.

Invoices and VAT

Spot Cloud B.V. invoices monthly in EUR. Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Prices shown in USD or GBP on the site are indicative.

Invoices are due within the payment period shown on the invoice. A fee dispute must be raised in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.
