Your use case
We start with which of the four products on trial matter to your team — xEvolve, Automate Certificates, ClearScreen, or Guardrail Ledger — and whether you want a look at the waitlist apps (Spot IPAM, OpsDesk, InsureGuard, Fleet Ledger).

Live walkthrough
We open one Customer Environment and sign in once through Microsoft Entra SSO. From there we move between the products you selected, using demo data labelled as such throughout.

Security and isolation
We cover where each product stores customer data (the shared Supabase Postgres project in the EU for xEvolve, Cloud Horizons and Automate Certificates, files in Cloudflare R2), tenant-scoped access, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and how to request the control-mapping pack (GDPR, DORA, NIS2) under NDA.

Pricing and rollout
We walk through the 30-day trial on the products that are live, which of those to enable on day one, and what the first quarter looks like before you receive a single invoice from Spot Cloud B.V.
