What does the 30-day trial include?
Every product plan includes a 30-day trial per Customer Environment — no credit card required. Start it from the product page and your Environment provisions in minutes; add or remove apps anytime.

How does SSO work?
Microsoft Entra ID sign-in is included across the suite. SAML and OIDC federation, SCIM provisioning, and MFA enforcement vary by product — check each product pricing page for what is included on your plan.

Where is customer data stored?
US Customer Environments process and store data in US jurisdiction on Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2. Each Customer Environment is isolated — audit metadata and billing records stay inside that Environment under Spot Cloud B.V.

How does billing work?
Spot Cloud B.V. invoices monthly in EUR, ex. VAT. Each product Environment is billed separately at its published rate. Invoices, payment method, and subscription changes are managed in the billing portal.
